Sand Beach- Bar Harbor, ME

A popular spot in Acadia National Park, Sand beach is a beautiful swimming spot with lots of local hikes and views to surround it. The beach is also not far from down town Bar Harbor if you feel like doing a little shopping, getting some ice cream, or just looking at the sights. I would absolutely recommend going here out of season (I’d suggest May), it may be to cold to swim but you will get to visit when almost no one else is there.
